Jeff's dad & granny came over on Thursday and stayed through Friday. Bill had won a free hotel stay, couples massage and dinner. He gave it to us with the stipulation that he would get to come keep the kids while we enjoyed a little staycation. Thursday afternoon we headed over to Flower Mound to get our massages. We had a yummy dinner at Salerno's, enjoyed a late movie, and then checked into our hotel for the night. What a treat to be able to sleep in and have breakfast prepared for us! Thanks Bill for blessing us with this little treat.
Grandad came bearing gifts for the kids and Jeff. He just returned from Austin and felt that our house needed a little more burnt orange in it.

We all packed up and headed to the CHS baseball game on Friday night. Granny raised 3 boys and is a sports nut!
Titan in Training
This was the first district home game and the first game that we made it all the way through.
It's cool to wear sunglasses at 9 p.m. - don't you know?
They play fun music between each inning. Harper took this as her cue to get up and have a little dance party and entertain the crowd. I wish that I had a video camera for this. She was so animated (and delirious).
Whew - we made it to 10:15 p.m. to see Daddy before we left.
What a fun few days we have had.
