Our Friday Night

Friday night was a perfect night for a little baseball action.  My awesome friend, Sarah, came to watch the game (i.e. help wrangle the kiddos)

Afternoon at the park

I'm a little late in posting these pics but last weekend we met Natalie & Amory at a great park in Coppell to play for the afternoon.  We had a picnic, played on the playgound, flew a kite, and watched the ducks.

Happy Birthday Grandmommy!

On Saturday morning we got together with my family to celebrate my Grandmommy's birthday. Harper calls her "Grandy mommy" and it's so sweet.

Brody and Mimi.  He was just passed around the breakfast table.

Not very often that I get in front of the camera.

We met at Panera and Harper gobbled up a huge blueberry muffin and fruit and then was really excited when she got cake at 10 a.m!

She helped put all of the candels on the cake.

Each time she would put one on the cake she would get a little icing on her hand so she would lick it off - between every single candle!

So thankful for family.

Five Months Old

This little guy is already 5 months old. Whew - time is flying by.  I know that I say that each month - but it really is going by so fast.  Brody is such a sweet baby.  He is content to be sitting in his swing or bouncey seat just observing the world around him.  He loves watching big sister run circles around him...literally!
He loves to cuddle.  Jeff's Granny stopped by last week for the afternoon and enjoyed some snuggle time with Mr. B.

I love when these big eyes look up at me and smile - just melts my heart.  He usually wakes up in the morning and from naps just as happy as can be. He will talk into the monitor for a while before I get him out of bed.

My two little munchkins looking a little raggedy by the end of the day!

Love love love being there mommy!

Team Sherman Family Fun Day

Jeff was on spring break this week.  He is in the middle of baseball season right now, so they still had to practice and play two games.  We took advantage of his one day off from baseball and had our very first "Team Sherman Family Fun Day".  Our original plan was to ride the DART rail from Plano down to Dallas to go to the zoo or the aquarium.  After we realized that the train ride would have taken over an hour with all of the stops, we decided to find a closer stop with something fun to do.  We rode the train down to Northpark mall, let Harper Build a Bear at the workshop, had a picnic, then rode the train home.
Excited about the train tickets.

Harper had fun picking out her bear that she was going to build. She then got to pick a heart and stuff it inside her bear.

After her bear was stuffed she got to give it a bath.

Introducing Molly. We choose the red cheerleader outfit so she could help Harper cheer on Daddy's Titans.

Northpark has a really cool area in the middle of the mall where we had a picnic outside.

Kisses for Molly

It was St. Paddy's day so we were all in our green.

Waiting for the train to take us home

Can't wait for our next Team Sherman Family Day.  We had a great time.

Let's go fly a kite

I picked up a little kite for Harper to play with.  It's been so windy this week so she and Jeff had fun flying it.
Finally we have lift off...

4 in 48 hours!

I think I set a new record this past weekend...The kids and I attended 4 baseball games in less than 48 hours.  Jeff's team was playing in a tournament in Frisco and the weather was perfect to catch a few of the games.  Harper loves being outside so she had a great time.  These pics are from the 3rd game on Friday night.  They played at the Rough Rider stadium in Frisco.

Here's a few pics of when Harper was 6 months old at this same spot in the same stadium!

Our friends the Conrads came out to the game with us.  Harper loves playing with Andrew. He's a pretty cool dude!
