FLDS Preschool

What a fun year the kids had at Faith Lutheran Day School this year.  They both had wonderful teachers and loved going to school.
Brody's teachers were Ms. Bet & Ms. Stephanie.  He attended Wednesdays & Fridays.

Harper's teachers were Ms. Marsha & Ms. Sandi and attended Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

The last week of school they each had special activities.  Brody had a "tea party" and Harper had a graduation ceremony.
I had a Dr. appointment at the same time as Brody's party so Jeff had to fill in and video their singing presentation for me to watch later.

Regional Quarter Finals

Our Marcus Marauders are doing Awesome.  They entered Round 3 of the playoffs with a record of 32-6-0!  We faced Grapevine this past weekend and beat them in 2 games.

These crazy kiddos keep me busy at the games. Chick Fila for dinner because we had just come from Harper's soccer practice.

My friend Whitney had these shirts made for the kids.  I have a Sherman 3 onesie for Walker to wear when he makes his arrival.

For the Friday night game, we traveled to Grapevine.  Two late games in a row for the kids was a bit challenging. I brought in Papa & Grandad for reinforcement.

It was hot!

A little YMCA!

Marcus Wins!

On we go to the Regional Semi Finals against Southlake this week.

Girl's Night Out

Last week my dear friend, Ashley, hosted a little Girl's Night Out celebration dinner for me.  It was so fun catching up with these sweet friends.  I've known most of these girls since we all had our first little ones.
Mindy, Brooke, Ashley, & Janet

My sister, Rebekah, came also to help celebrate.

Ashley of course added some adorable table decorations and brought yummy banana pudding for dessert.  She always thinks of all the details.

Baby Walker was showered with some fun gifts and lots of love.
Thankful for sweet friends who I get to walk through life with together.

Mother's Day

Last weekend was Mother's Day and of course we had to have it filled with baseball also. We played a best of 3 series with South Grand Prairie and won. Saturday's game was late afternoon so the kids enjoyed playing and picnicking during the game.

Play dough kept them entertained for a while.

Daddy doing his thing

Kids were a little tired on Sunday before church.  These were the best photos that we snapped.

I love my "babies" and I'm so thankful that I get to be their mommy.

Hard to believe that a third will be joining this crew very soon.

Playoffs Round 1

Jeff's team is doing great this season.  They are in the playoffs and still winning.

My parents and their good friends came last weekend to the game.

Last weekend when my parents were here we had a little birthday dinner before the game. 31...what??

The cheerleaders made these little noise makers out of water bottles and rocks.  My littles have enjoyed them at the game.

Harper has several sweet little friends that come to the games and provide entertainment for each other.

Daddy giving a little post game interview.

Their favorite part of the game is the end when they get to run on the field, give daddy a big hug and say hi to the team.

Go Marcus.

Lately

I haven't taken many pictures lately but here are a few from the past couple of weeks.
The kids had Tiny Texan Day at School and they brought in a real pony for them to have their pics taken on.

For my birthday I treated myself to a new lens for my camera.  I've been wanting one for a while and I'm so thankful that I finally got it.

My favorite people!

We are getting ready to be outnumbered in our house so little Miss and I have to stick together.

We transitioned Brody from a crib to a big boy bed a few weeks ago.  He and Harper love playing under his new bed.

Today we drove down to Grapevine to meet Colin.  Amanda and I have been friends since birth and I'm excited that she has a boy now also.  Noelle is such a sweet big sister.

Playoff games round 2 start tomorrow.  Go Marcus!
