After I returned from GAFIA, we had one week home before we left for our trip to Destin. We made a decision to quickly transition Walker to a "big boy bed" before we left. I knew that he wouldn't stay in the pack n play on vacation. The last time that we had him sleep in one was in May and he was already jumping out then. To convert his crib, we just took off his front rail and replaced it with this little half rail. He did great at first because it was new. Once we returned from vacation it was another story with getting him to stay in bed.
We enjoyed having daddy around to go to the CAC pool with us! We did lots of picnic lunches and dinners there.

Spent time with old friends. Chip and Jeff were room mates in college.
Our church hosted Wednesday Friend Days for preschoolers. One day they brought in the Critter Guy. Yes - that is an alligator. I think that is bigger than a critter!
