Bulls First Game

Brody is playing basketball this summer with a group of boys from school. They named themselves the Bulls.

He is enjoying playing this season with school friends.

Lake Beach

Another morning while big kids were still gone Walker and I headed over to Little Elm to play at their beach on Lake Lewisville. I was pleasantly surprised at how "nice" they kept the beach area.  It's still lake water but the sandy area was very well kept.

They even have a great playground next to the beach.  

Swim Day With Cousins

One day while the big kids were both out of town, Walker and I drove over to Fort Worth to spend the day with our cousins.  Rylee and Reed have a fun neighborhood pool with lots of splash zones.  

Walker had to teach Rylee had to "play swords and guns". 

Walker is FOUR

Walker's actual birthday fell on a Saturday so we were able to party all day long!

All of our family came over for an early dinner, dessert and opening presents.  

Sorry about the pink cake.  I forgot that strawberry meant a pink cake. I clearly don't bake often.

The big kids left with Papa & Mimi after the party to go on a little road trip to celebrate the start of summer.
