Half Way

Baseball season is going well so far. We are over half way done and Jeff's team is playing really well.  They are 10-2 in District and in 2nd place behind cross town rival Flower Mound. We enjoy going to Team dinners as a family on Thursday nights before the game on Friday.  My parents have been in town for lots of the games and my mom has mostly kept Walker at home and sometimes the big kids.  7:30 start time makes bedtime at least 10:30 - 11 on game nights.  That is just way too late for these munchkins.  I pay for it dearly for several days when I keep them up that late.
Walker discovered that he likes ribs at a recent team dinner.
Harper loves when her friend Emerson comes to the games also.
This is what the batting cages look like after the kids have played in there for the whole game. Harper loves bringing arts and crafts to keep her entertained.
Tired boy
Their favorite part of the game is running out on the field after the game to see daddy this evening - chase the tractor.
Let's go Marcus.  Keep it up for the rest of the season.

Brothers & Bugs

Lately we have been busy with baseball season going on. We have enjoyed being outside when we in the afternoons when we have had nice weather.
Brody got a bug collecting kit for Easter. He has had fun finding different types of bugs for his collection.
Decorating his new t-shirt that Aunt Beka brought him from Turkey.
Headed into Bible Study on Tuesday while sister is at school.

I pray that Walker always looks up to Brody like this.
Insisted on doing their sidewalk chalk even though it was raining.

Off on another bug collecting trip.

Easter 2015

We decided to stay home for Easter this year and let family come to us.  The kids enjoyed waking up to Easter baskets and a crazy egg hunt in our pajamas.

Cool shades for the boys
Family pic after church.

The big kids dyed Easter eggs while Walker was taking his nap.

Just a little messy

Aunt Beka brought cool t-shirts to the kids from her recent trip to Turkey.  They got to color them all by their selves.

Ariana, Jim & Nellie came over for dinner with the family.

We celebrated all of the March & April family birthdays while everyone was together.

Thankful that HE IS RISEN!

Baby Jay Watson

After Rhonda's baby shower in Arlington, Harper and I headed to Mary Beall's house over in Garland.  We had a baby shower for Sarah Cutrell who is welcoming baby Jay Watson Cutrell in a few weeks.  Sarah is married to my cousin Ben.

Sweet cousins (or 2nd or 3rd cousins)  I'm not exactly sure.  Finley is the daughter of my cousin Melissa.

Rebekah and I with the momma to be.

Such a fun day with family and friends.

Showering Baby Reed

My sister in law, Rhonda, is expecting her 2nd child in the next few weeks. We had a lovely shower for her on Saturday.  It was a baseball theme and Ashley did a fabulous job decorating.
They had a private chef come and set up a made to order omelet station.  It was so yummy.

Sweet cousins.
