Mini Golf

The Villages has a fun little mini golf course that we had fun playing on Saturday morning.  A cold front came in over night and I didn't bring the right clothes.  So Harper is wearing Brody's pajama pants because she didn't have any pants.  Mimi came to the rescue that afternoon and brought warmer clothes for us.  It rained most of the weekend so we didn't get a chance to really enjoy the other outside activities.

The Villages Indoor Waterpark

We packed up and headed out to East Texas for our little Fall Break (random long weekend in October). My parents have a condo out at The Villages Resort near Tyler.  The last time that we went out there was when the 2 big kids were much younger.  This time we decided that we had to try out the Indoor Water Park. Mimi kept Walker back in Flower Mound for the first part of our weekend so we could enjoy doing things with just the big kids.
All packed up and ready to roll.

We got there when they first opened so it wasn't very crowded at first.  The kids enjoyed all of the water slides.

It was a little chilly when you got out of the water.

It rained most of the weekend but our waterpark fun couldn't be rained out because it's indoors!

October Camera Pics

So thankful for a phone that takes pictures.  That is the only way that I can document life these days. Too much hassle to carry around the big camera but thankful that I can pull it out and snap pics as we go throughout our day.
All dressed up and ready to go to church.

We work the nursery at our church once a month.  We work in Walker's class and it's fun to see him play with the other little kids in there.

Mimi got Walker a new little chair for his room and he loves looking at books while he is sitting in it.

Sweet brothers

Marcus had their big Homecoming festival and we took the kids out for the evening.  They had lots of games, bounce houses, and then a community pep rally.

Sea Life

After we did Lego Land in the morning, we had lunch in the food court and then headed to the Sea Life Aquarium for the afternoon. Everyone had a great time.  I kept Walker in the stroller for most of it and he was at the perfect height to see all of the exhibits.

Yes that is a shark in there.

Love Walker's facial expression.

What a fun morning with Grandad Sherman.

Lego Land

When daddy went out of town for the weekend Grandad stepped in and helped entertain the kids on that Saturday.  He got us all tickets to LegoLand at Grapevine Mills.  Harper had been once before but this was the boys first time to go.  They enjoyed all of the hands on Lego activities.
