Spring Break Trip to Meet Baby Asher

My sister had her baby on March 2nd.  We couldn't wait to get to San Antonio to meet baby Asher. Jeff had baseball during Spring Break so he couldn't make the trip with us.  So I packed up everyone and made a solo road trip to San Antonio.
I took the big kids to Fiesta Texas on Friday.  We were able to use our season passes down at that park also.
My kids were very fascinated with Asher.

We went to their community park for the kids to run and play.

We stayed in a hotel close to Carol's house.  It had an indoor pool so the kids had fun swimming on afternoon.
Trying the famous 3 lb. cinnamon roll from Lulu's cafe.

One hotel room by myself with these three rascals was a bit challenging.
More snuggles before packing up and leaving.
We made a pit stop at Baylor on the way home to see the bears.

School Pics

The kids had their Spring pictures taken at school.  They are getting so big.
Brody's kinder class had a liter of puppies come visit them one afternoon at school.
Walker is my little carpool line buddy in the afternoons.
Harper takes a jazz class once a week.  She got her dance recital costume and it's so cute.
Perler bead fun on a Saturday morning.
Friday night baseball fun.

Six Flags in the Rain

Sunday afternoon we headed to Six Flags. It was a little cold and a little rainy so it was not crowded at all. It was actually a perfect time to go.

Tournament #3

We started off March with more baseball tournaments for daddy.
Thankful for technology and screens to get us through these games.
The weather turned cold and a little rainy on Friday.

Girl's Weekend at the Lake

My friend Karyn has a family lake house out in Marble Falls.  Several friends and I managed to arrange childcare for all 20 of our kids and slip away for a few nights.
Saturday morning we ate at the famous Blue Bonnet Cafe!

We enjoyed relaxing out on the porch overlooking the lake.  The peace and quiet was heavenly.

Thankful for sweet friends to do life with.
