MCA Night at the Marcus Game

Our Elementary school does a fabulous job of promoting school spirit all the way down to the kinder classes.  Friday night was MCA night at the Marcus football game so of course we all had to go. The whole crew from Marcus came to the elementary school to hold a pep rally. 

I took Walker to the Marcus Pep Rally because he missed the MCA one.

Just a Normal Week

A glimpse into a "normal" week around here.

Walker had to dress up like a storybook character for preschool.  Of course he chose a superhero.

I tried to run while pushing the jogging stroller but they are too fast for me to keep up with on their bikes.  

Kids were supposed to dress up like a Fairy tale character one day.  We went easy! 

Flower Mound Pumpkin Patch

Flower Mound has a great pumpkin patch that we like to visit each year.  Unfortunately it's always so hot still in October.

GAFIA 2016

I so look forward to my annual weekend away with my college roommates.  This year we had two babies in tow so we stayed relatively close to home to make it a little easier.  I love our weekend where we sit around and talk into the wee hours.  These girls know me well and I love that.

Walker's Field Day

Walker is loving his new preschool.  He has the best teachers and fun little friends from class.  They had a field day planned but it the rain ruined the outdoor portion of it so they just moved those activities inside. 

They still got to do the hay ride. 

Celebrating Brody

For Brody's birthday we went to our favorite pizza spot - Grimaldi's in Highland Village.

They have a huge splash pad across the street and it was warm enough for the kids to play in the water for a while.  October in Texas is so unpredictable.  

His actual birthday was a school day so we started with a yummy birthday breakfast then off to school he went.

I went to eat lunch with him at school for the first time. 

I can't believe that my middle man is SIX years old already.
