McAuliffe Chili Cookoff

Harper's school has a huge Chili Cookoff fundraiser each year.  The school goes all out with their decorations.  The community gets involved and it's a fun time for all.

Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day the kids served me breakfast in bed.  Daddy helped them spell out LOVE on my plate with the food.

We enjoyed a nice morning at church.

Jeff and I managed to slip out for a little date night while Mimi had a special Valentine's dinner for the kids.

This is how I get ready in the morning. They bring lots of toys from the play room INTO my bathroom so they can be right next to me.

Double Header in Prosper

Jeff's team had a double header in Prosper so I packed the kids up and trekked over there to watch. It was a beautiful day and the kids enjoyed being at the ballpark.  Double headers are Really long for a 2 year old though!

Entertaining Himself

A little technology and lots of snacks helped us get through it.

Jeff's opponent was Frisco Centennial which is where he coached before.  Coach Walsh's twins are about the same age as Harper so we had fun reconnecting with them after all these years.

February Week 2

Jeff took Harper to a Daddy Daughter dance at our church.  She got a new outfit for it and was so excited.  They had a great time.

I started training again.  This time for the Rock 'n' Roll Dallas 1/2 Marathon in a few weeks.

Dinner out on the Fresco's patio... In February!  Thankful for the extremely mild "winter" we have had so far.

After dinner we went to the Marcus Basketball game. A few of the Marquettes stole Walker and Harper was in heaven sitting with them.

Harper and her buddy Marshall.
Jeff and his high school buddy Chris, who was in town on business.

Park Afternoon

Thankful - that I live in Texas and we can spend the afternoons at the park in February!

All Aboard!

Walker was DONE with mom taking pics while he was just trying to play.

Stop mom!

First Pitch Dinner and Super Bowl

Wednesday night was the Marcus Baseball First Pitch Dinner.  This event is the kick off to our season.  All of the new players and their families are invited to dinner. I love watching Jeff speak in front of the crowd about his passion.

The new Varsity team

On the 100th day of school, the first graders at Harper's school dress up like they are 100 years old.
Since baseball season has now started if we want to see Daddy we head to the baseball field.

Walker assisting with practice.
The Denver Broncos won the SuperBowl this year.  I was in charge of bringing a fruit pizza to the party.  I managed to burn the first crust so Jeff took over.  Who knew that he had decorating skills!  We were all very impressed.
