Play Offs Week 1

Jeff's team had a great regular season and placed 2nd in District.  Play offs started with a 3 game series against Denton Guyer. The weather has been crazy with lots and lots of rain lately.  This has put a damper on anything outside - like baseball.  Thankfully there are a few turf fields in the metroplex that can be played on even when it's raining or wet.
We trekked over to Palno West for this series of games.
The kids lasted until the 4th inning and then it started raining so my mom took them home and got them into bed. Dad and I sat in the rain and watched the rest of the game.

Hunting Pine Cones

One pretty morning last week the boys and I headed to our neighborhood park to burn off some energy.  Brody rides his bike to get there while I push Walker in the stroller.

Walker starting hunting pine cones.  Then they made it a game to see how many they could find.

A little work break.
Showing me their collection.

Just because

I post these pics just so I don't forget these little details of my kids at this age.
Walker is a hard sleeper  Poor 3rd born enjoys sleeping when ever he can.  He is very flexible in the nap time department.  We always have to have lovie, blanket, and 2 sheep.

This one asks for a Sonic Drink every single day when she gets in the car from school.  We don't stop very often but when we do she thinks it's the best treat ever.

When we were in Austin at my cousins wedding we enjoyed playing with sweet Emma the morning after the wedding.

Michael & Jacqueline's Hill Country Wedding

My cousin, Michael, got married down in the Texas Hill Country.  It was a beautiful outdoor wedding.  We made a quick trip down with my parents and sister.  Jeff had baseball games and couldn't join in on the fun.

Getting our crazies out before the wedding.
