Coloring

Harper makes the funniest faces.  I enjoy watching her reaction to different things.  We tried coloring today and I think she was more interested in eating the crayons and putting them back in the box.
Is she going to be a righty or lefty?
"I think I'll try to eat this!"
"All done!"
Such funny faces!
Here's a little video of her coloring.

Videos in the Snow

Here's a few videos from this morning. Enjoy.

SNOW!

We woke up to SNOW this morning. Not as much as Grandma Sherman has in the North East - but enough to play in. Here's Harper's first look at it this morning when she woke up.
With Daddy before he left for work. Too bad they didn't close schools today.
Not so sure what to think of it.
She wouldn't walk out on the yard so I put her out there.  She didn't want to take any steps.
"Help mom - I'm stuck!"

"Come on Mom - no more pics!"

New Toys

Harper loves this new little "rocking bug"  kind of like a rocking horse but it's a stuffed bug.  I'm always finding her with a book in her hand.  Hopefully she likes reading more than her mommy.
She rocked a little too far forward
My little reader.
Our home phone lines have been down for the past two days.  The tech support people told me to use a corded phone to check the main box outside.  I was surprised to find this old corded phone.  Harper has enjoyed playing with it.

Fun times

Harper got together to play with Kate and Anna this week.  The girls had fun together.  Harper found Anna's old bouncy chair and decided that it should be her new recliner.
Reading a book while lounging in the bouncy chair.
Harper pushing Kate in the Cozy Coupe.
Kate sharing with Harper and giving her a turn.
Ashley has one cabinet in her kitchen that doesn't have a lock on it and it has tupperware and things that Anna can play with.
BUSTED!
Thanks for letting us come play Ashley.

Working on our eating skills

Harper has decided that she doesn't want me to feed her with the spoon anymore. She usually tries to grab the spoon from me and then attempt to get it into her mouth.
See for yourself.

Practice makes perfect - right?

Our sweet little Harper has learned the word "NO".  She's only 17 months - should we really be saying No to everything already? See for yourself...

I love that Harper can find entertaiment with a carboard box.
That lasted at least 60 seconds. Now she's moving on to the next thing.
