Fall Festival
On Halloween, our church held a huge Fall Festival. I heard that over 20,000 people attended. It was like a mini state fair set up in the parking lot of Prestonwood. Our Bible Fellowship class worked one of the games called Bucket Bonanza. Before it started, Harper tried out our game.

"Dinner" on the kitchen floor
Harper and I usually eat dinner before Jeff gets home in the evenings. Sometimes Jeff isn't in the mood to eat a big dinner so he prefers cereal. Harper joined him on the kitchen floor.
Eyeing dad's bowl of grapenuts.
Jack-o-latern Quesadillas
I know that I haven't posted in a while. I'll try to catch you up. Last week Harper and I went over to Janet & Kate's house to have a little Halloween lunch. Janet made yummy jack-o-latern quesadillas for us.
Kate & Harper getting ready to eat there "orange" themed lunch. Notice Harper is not happy about wearing a bow.
And the bow is off...

Playdate with Grandmommy!
My Grandmommy (Harper's great grandmother) came up to play last week. She and Harper had the best time playing.
In a deep conversation.
Sweet girl
I just love this sweet little smile. She is at such a fun age. Keeps us busy!
My dad's nurse gave Harper this Doctor's kit when she was first born. She just pulled it out of her closet and started playing with it. Maybe a future nurse or Doctor??
What a difference a year makes - here is Harper with the toy when she received it.

So close
Harper is getting very close to walking on her own. She has still not taken any "unassisted" steps - but I know it will not be long. She is very quick while holding on to both of my hands. Patty gave her this fun little walker for her birthday. It took her a while to get the hang of it - but now she just cruises around using it. Enjoy the videos.
